Pressure Washing vs Soft Washing

Soft washing was being pioneered in the early 1980s as an alternative to pressure washing. As damage to vinyl and wood siding and degrading of shingles became more frequent due to the high pressure cleaning used in traditional pressure cleaning, a new and less destructive process was needed.

Soft washing became that solution and rather than using high pressure to blast organics and grime away, soft washing focused on low pressure application of environmentally friendly, bio degradable, yet industrial strength cleaning solutions that would kill the organic matter at its root and remove the grime.

While cement driveways, sidewalks, and many masonry surfaces such as brick and cement block walls can still withstand the aggressive pressures from traditional pressure washing, many of your roofs, siding and fencing benefit from the soft washing process.
