At Grime Fighters Soft Wash we offer roof and exterior surface cleaning.

We specialize in cleaning the organic matter like mold, and mildew on your exterior surfaces using our proprietary soft washing process.

This Softwashing process is different from the traditional pressure washing in that it does not use high pressure. Traditional pressure washing simply uses pressure to "knock off" the mildew and organic grime from the surface -- leaving microscopic embedded organics to begin regrowing literally as soon as the cleaning is done. Further more, Pressure washing on some surfaces such as roofs and siding has the tendency to damage the surfaces -- so much so that many roofing and siding manufactures have cause to void the warranty if pressure washing is used.

This is where softwashing becomes the hero. Using very low pressure -- (about that of a normal garden hose) -- and environmentally friendly commercial grade cleaners and surfactants, Softwashing kills the organics at the root and not only avoids the danger of pressure damage to the surfaces, but often lasts 2-3 times longer than pressure washing alone.
For stronger -- more resilient surfaces such as brick and masonry walkways, driveways, and porches, we utilize the power of the softwash cleaning process to kill the organics as well as the power of pressure washing to not only blast away the grime, but also kill the root of the organics on the surface.
